Winter Love by Burbot, a Song for the Season

This time of year is spiced with nutmeg and seasonal music. Some of the most ardent crooning is done by burbot, a fish that spawns under ice sheets. Burbot are native to Wisconsin and are delicious. They taste like cod. Take a moment to sing along with burbot (you might need to turn up the volume):
