  • 3-3:30 pm — Let’s eat smoked fish: cooking demo and discussion (Facebook Live); Smoke and Fire Over Rice — for fun and leftovers.

  • 9:30-10 am — Wisconsin’s fish farmers and commercial fishers: presentation and discussion (Zoom)
  • 12-12:45 pm — Let’s eat lake whitefish: cooking demo and discussion (Facebook Live); Traditional Fish Boil — “The simple things are also the most extraordinary things …”― Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist.
