¼ cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
¼ cup white wine vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp coarse salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 cup olive oil
Combine lemon juice, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until uniform in texture. Add oil and whisk until fully combined.
Make a salad and top with smoked fish. (Smoked lake whitefish is an excellent choice.) Dress salad to taste and enjoy!
