4 (6 ounce) fillets boneless, skinless rainbow trout or similar fish 2 teaspoons soy sauce To taste salt and pepper 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions
Rub fillets with soy sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Set aside.
Heat sesame oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions. Sauté until golden brown.
Add fillets and sauté until browned and crispy, about 3 minutes. Flip fillets over and continue cooking until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 3 minutes more.
