Good food doesn’t have to be complicated!
- ⅔ cup ketchup
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the fish (too much sauce can be overpowering). Bake or grill the fish. Enjoy!
