Balsamic Vinaigrette 

Eat Wisconsin Fish / Balsamic Vinaigrette 


½ cup olive oil

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

1 tsp honey

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 minced shallot

1 minced garlic clove

Salt and black pepper for taste



Combine all ingredients, and mix until completely uniform. Make a large colorful salad with extra tomatoes and top with smoked fish and cubes of cheese. Dress to taste.

Makes 8 servings.
