Ingredients
1-3 lb. fresh or frozen dressed salmon or trout
2 cups dry bread cubes
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup sour cream or yogurt
1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
To taste pepper
Directions
- Thaw frozen fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place fish in well-greased shallow baking pan. Combine bread cubes, onion, sour cream, pickle, paprika, salt, pepper and stuff fish loosely with this mixture. Brush fish with oil and cover with foil.
- Bake at 350o for 45-60 minutes
