1 1/2 pounds smoked fish2 teaspoons minced onion2 teaspoons finely chopped celery1 clove garlic, minced2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet pickle1 1/4 cups mayonnaise1 tablespoon mustard2 tablespoons chopped parsleyDash of Worcestershire sauce
Remove skin and bones from fish and flake well.
Mix all ingredients together and chill one hour before serving.
