Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw Wisconsin fish
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 crushed or minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt, cumin, turmeric and cayenne pepper until uniform in texture. Marinate fish for 30 minutes, and then grill or bake to enjoy.
