Stuffed Salmon or Trout

Eat Wisconsin Fish / Stuffed Salmon or Trout

Serves 6

Ingredients:

 

1-3 lb. fresh or frozen dressed salmon or trout
2 cups dry bread cubes
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup sour cream or yogurt
1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
To taste pepper

 


Directions:

 

Thaw frozen fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place fish in well-greased shallow baking pan. Combine bread cubes, onion, sour cream, pickle, paprika, salt, pepper and stuff fish loosely with this mixture. Brush fish with oil and cover with foil.

Bake at 350o for 45-60 minutes[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
